CapriCon presents Song Bird Superhero Show on 6th April.
Superheroes, super authors and super kids will descend on Rockhampton showground for the CapriCon festival. Meet fantasy author Kate Forsyth and Playschool performer Jay Laga’aia. He’s also known for his role as Captain Typho in Star Wars Episode II.
Rockhampton Regional Council will host Karen Tyrrell’s Song Bird superhero shows.
Karen presents a superhero writing workshop for kids too. On 6th April, Karen and hubby Steve perform two *LIVE Song Bird Superhero shows with costumes, dramatic readings and props.
Song Bird superhero and characters from Karen’s Song Bird series will come to life on the stage.

Superhero Writing Workshop
Karen presents an interactive writing workshop for kids aged 7-13 years. Kids will learn how to write a superhero story using a starter sheet. The writing workshop is free.
